Hans Querfurth joined KPMG in Munich in 1997 after studying business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, specializing in business taxation and auditing and trusteeship. As a licensed tax consultant and auditor, he has worked in the KPMG offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Munich.

As a partner in the Audit division and due to his many years of experience at KPMG, he has broad industry knowledge and an extensive network in the various KPMG service areas (Audit, Tax, Advisory). His work focuses on auditing and advising medium-sized family businesses and capital market-oriented companies and groups in the national and international environment. He is familiar with all significant accounting issues (HGB, IFRS) and, as a personal contact in Augsburg, has extensive experience in auditing the annual and consolidated financial statements of private and public companies. Hans Querfurth is married and has two children.

Focus on family businesses and SMEs

"Flexibility and short distances: typical of SMEs. Creativity and passion: typical KPMG." KPMG has had its own office in Augsburg for many years because proximity to our clients in the city and the Bavarian-Swabian economic region is extremely important to us. Our Augsburg team currently has 30 employees in the Audit, Tax and Advisory departments. Competent support requires an understanding of your business and your sector.

With our in-depth industry knowledge, we can offer you forward-looking and solution-oriented auditing and advisory services that are consistently geared to your needs. We will provide you with the best possible support in all matters and assist you with our expertise, answer your questions and point out possible courses of action.

In this context, direct and trusting communication and a personal exchange with you are particularly important to me.
