Florian Rieser heads the Turnaround & Restructuring team at KPMG's Munich office. He has been working in restructuring consulting for almost 15 years and has gained experience in numerous projects, particularly in the field of financial restructuring and in the preparation and plausibility checking of corporate planning. Mr Rieser mainly advises on refinancing projects in crisis situations as well as on liquidity management and working capital optimisation.
