Kristin Reichert-Nies has been working successfully in the property sector for over 18 years. She has been advising national and international clients on a wide range of property-related issues for KPMG since 2006. She specialises in strategic consulting as well as performance and transaction consulting. Her greatest motivation is to develop innovative and efficient solutions for the individual issues of her clients. In this context, Ms Reichert-Nies develops business intelligence solutions that enable her clients to effectively analyse and manage real estate portfolios and funds, make the right strategic decisions based on transparent data and manage risks. Mrs Reichert-Nies has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2003, for which she is also involved in the examination board.
