Dr Marianne Roth has been active in the real estate industry since 2010 and has been an accredited member of the RICS in Germany since 2013.
Her focus is on value-driven advice in the property sector, particularly in the areas of transaction advice, valuation and strategic advice regarding property portfolios. As part of her work, she has supported various property transactions in recent years by preparing property due diligences, fairness opinions and valuations. She has also developed Highest and Best-Use concepts in the context of project developments and existing properties, and assisted with structuring and investor searches.
