During my time as a partner, I focussed on advising large listed companies and private equity firms on the implementation of M&A transactions and complex corporate spin-offs.
As Chief Performance Officer since 2014, I was also responsible for operational processes and performance management in the Deal Advisory division and, from October 2015, also in the Consulting division. I have been contributing this experience to the Executive Board of KPMG as COO since October 2017.
