Christian has been advising international companies on cross-border tax issues between Germany and the USA since 2007. He specialises in international tax planning, providing tax support for restructuring measures and carve-out projects as well as advising on transactions and the subsequent integration of acquired companies. Christian worked for KPMG in the USA for a total of four years, most recently as head of the German Tax Team in New York.
