I have been working for KPMG since 2012 and have more than 20 years of professional experience - including around ten years as a Global Procurement Manager in an industrial company and ten years in consulting as a training and personnel development expert. My professional focus is on project management in the areas of procurement and supply chain management and on the design, development and implementation of international change and transformation programs.
Since October 1, 2018, I have been supporting KPMG's internal Alliance Management and supporting strategic alliance partners for the FS sector (banks and insurance companies) as well as for the transformation topics of Business Performance Management (BPM) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM).
