Michael Salcher studied business administration and is an auditor and tax consultant. In his professional career, which began in 1997, Mr. Salcher worked for KPMG in Munich, Frankfurt and London. His professional experience includes both auditing annual financial statements and providing comprehensive transaction advice to internationally active clients, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and transportation and logistics industries. His main area of responsibility is the performance of valuations and the preparation of fairness opinions, the development of concepts for value-oriented management, investment appraisals and transaction structuring.
Michael Salcher is also responsible for the energy and raw materials sector and was appointed Regional Director for the Eastern region in May 2019.
