Ralph Schröder has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of cyber security, information security management and strategic information security. He has gained his expertise in worldwide projects on all continents and has been working on the (inter)national security standards of the ISO / DIN 27000 series for 15 years.
His main focus is on the establishment and strategic development of security management systems, in particular the core function of risk management in relation to information processing. Here he supports the corporate risk functions of CFOs/CISOs with advice on the design of tolerable risks and management with efficient/effective tools.
Other key areas include preparing companies for ISO/IEC 27001 certification and advising on KRITIS/IT security legislation. All of these areas of focus involve strategic analysis and advice on security regulations, security processes and security organisation.
