His main areas of activity are the conceptualization and application of value-oriented decision-making and management systems as well as risk and portfolio analyses using simulation and sensitivity models, strategic and objectified company valuations (in particular with regard to IDW S1) in the context of corporate reorganization and stock corporation law measures as well as valuations for tax purposes. Fields of application range from value consulting for Start-ups from portfolio management for family businesses and family offices to value-oriented capital market communication for listed companies.
