I advise my clients on all accounting-related issues, in particular the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements, conversions to IFRS and US GAAP and capital market transactions such as IPOs, carve-outs and spin-offs. In addition, I support companies and investors in buy-side and sell-side accounting support throughout the entire transaction process. In addition to complying with regulatory requirements, the aim is to strategically categorise accounting-related decisions and achieve a sustainable increase in value.
In my role as Global Platinum Lead Partner, I act as a central point of contact for my clients across all of KPMG's services. I am responsible for holistic mandate management, coordinate the relevant service lines and ensure that my clients receive integrated, consistent and high-quality solutions - both nationally and internationally.
