In the past, my consulting focus was on structural consulting for family businesses in all "life phases" of the company. A holistic consulting approach has always been important to me in order to provide companies with real added value.
In the future, many companies will have to decide whether to digitize their tax processes after standardization or whether to outsource the entire process (make or buy). This topic, among others, will determine tax process consulting in the future.
Since October 1, 2018, as COO of the Corporate Tax Services service line, I have been responsible for the technological development of our service, among other things.
In particular, I support family businesses in various sectors, from the food industry to mechanical engineering.
