Daniel Wagenknecht is a partner in KPMG’s Financial Services practice, where he heads the Cloud & AI Transformation Advisory practice. He supports clients in the financial sector with the strategic direction and implementation of major technological transformation programmes – with a particular focus on the integration of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.
He supports his clients in developing cloud and AI strategies, designing scalable platform architectures and establishing modern operating models. His aim is to reconcile innovation and governance in practice and to provide organisations with long-term support in deploying and scaling new technologies in a way that creates value.
Daniel studied computer science and economics and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and publishes specialist articles on current developments relating to cloud technology and AI in the financial sector.
