Dr Steffen Wagner has worked in KPMG's Deal Advisory division since 1997 and has been involved in more than 100 M&A transactions as well as privatisations and public-private partnership projects during this time. His clients include the public sector and private companies, particularly in the transport and infrastructure sectors. In addition, Dr Wagner leads KPMG's advisory activities in Germany along the life cycle of infrastructure entities as well as KPMG's sector activities in the area of transport and infrastructure in Germany. He is a member of the expert panel "Gipfel der Logistikweisen", an initiative to forecast the development of Germany as a logistics location.
