Five fields of action for the future

The study shows that long-term success can only be achieved if several fields of action are taken into account and further developed. The analysis of the best-performing companies, the so-called „Leading Companies“, identifies five key success factors – the five  Ts of transformation:

      • Spearhead transformation: Initiate Transformation
      • Master Technology: Master Technologists
      • Earn Trust: Strengthen Trust
      • Navigate Tensions: Navigate Areas of Tension
      • Thrive Together: Be Together
The automotive industry has been constantly evolving for 25 years - and the pace continues to increase. In this environment, resilience is the key: those who approach transformation with courage not only turn challenges into manageable risks, but also into new growth potential.
