      KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft acquires QuadriO Beratungsgesellschaft mbH ("QuadriO"), based in Dresden, and thus further expands its technology expertise. QuadriO, founded in 2011, specialises in SAP-based solutions and services, particularly for banks, and employs over 70 people.

      With the experienced team from QuadriO, we are strengthening our SAP competencies and expanding our range of services, especially in the area of IT implementation and IT operations. We can thus offer our customers end-to-end solutions and also implement large SAP transformations from a single source. In addition, the acquisition strengthens our market position in the area of development banks.
