      Digitalisation in procurement

      A customer had difficulties with the daily creation of purchase requisitions and orders in the purchasing department, which were very time-consuming and inefficient. With the help of the Bizagi platform, the customer enabled decentralised entry from the specialist departments and digitised and automated the ordering process. This standardised the steps of the ordering process, which saved the customer time and resources and improved efficiency within the company. In addition, regulations and business rules from the purchasing guidelines were implemented in the digital workflow.

      Digitisation in accounting

      Recording accruals, payment instructions, accruals and expense reimbursements for one customer was tedious and error-prone. To solve this problem, Bizagi was used as a decentralised portal in which the employees in the specialist departments were able to carry out these tasks using convenient input masks. The extensive pre-filtering of account types, posting keys and tax codes made data entry easier, the company rules were enforced uniformly and errors were avoided. This helped the customer to optimise data entry processes and save time and resources.

      Digital processing of employee appraisals

      One customer had a low participation rate in the annual employee appraisals. The organisation, coordination and implementation of employee appraisals were very time-consuming due to many manual activities. This enabled standardised handling of processes, centralised management of documents and automatic notification of stakeholders.       Digitalisation of customer order processing in the field service

      One customer had the challenge that sales order processing in the field was tedious and time-consuming due to manual service acceptances and manual generation of the sales document. Each service acceptance had to be created, signed, checked and entered into the SAP systems manually. To tackle this problem, the customer implemented mobile order processing with the help of Bizagi. This solution automates the process of creating and processing service vouchers by digitally creating, signing, checking and entering the vouchers directly into the SAP systems until the sales document is automatically posted. This has not only saved the customer time and resources, but has also increased efficiency in customer order processing.
