      The path to customer transformation

      Minimise employment law risks quickly

The client needed to minimise employment law compliance risks arising from the use of external staff at short notice. In addition to tight deadlines, the challenge lay in bringing together requirements from more than eight specialist departments across legal, compliance and IT, and creating a consistent, error-free database.

From paper files to digital platforms

KPMG first analysed and cleaned up the existing data to create a robust foundation for a digital compliance platform. The central concept involved transforming the traditional physical file from the real world into a digital file. This was made available to all relevant departments as an intuitive, user-friendly tool, facilitating close, interdisciplinary collaboration.

      Automated. Consistent. Future-proof.

The client benefited from a high degree of automation, very high data quality and a consistent data foundation. The solution enabled over 28,000 IT-supported audits and played a key role in achieving the set objectives of minimising compliance risks in the long term.

Digital compliance as a robust basis for decision-making

Digital compliance combines regulatory requirements, data quality and operational control within a robust system. This provides a clear advantage for companies: risks do not only become apparent after the event, but can be assessed, documented and managed in a structured manner.

Particularly in a management context, it is not merely the technical implementation that counts. What is crucial is whether business units, compliance functions and IT work with the same information and can document decisions in a transparent manner. A digital compliance solution creates the foundation for this when processes, roles and data models are consistently aligned.

What digital compliance consulting must deliver

We support companies in translating compliance requirements into scalable digital structures. The focus is on clear responsibilities, verifiable workflows and data that can be utilised for reporting, controls and management decisions.

Our digital compliance consultancy begins where regulatory requirements, operational processes and technology intersect. We analyse existing processes, identify data silos and, together with your subject matter experts, develop solutions that integrate seamlessly into your organisation. This results in compliance that is not merely documented, but can be actively managed.

For management, this means greater transparency regarding risks, faster analyses and a better basis for prioritisation. Ready to have a chat? Please feel free to contact us.
