        We go beyond statutory requirements in each of our islands to provide enhanced maternity benefits, supporting our people through one of life’s most important transitions..

      • Flexible working

        We offer flexible working arrangements to help our people balance their professional and personal lives.

      • Return from maternity coaching

        All mothers returning from maternity leave are offered optional coaching to support their reintegration and career progression.

      • Menopause policy

        We recognise the impact menopause can have and are committed to supporting our people through this life stage with understanding and flexibility.

      • Trans policy

        While not specific to women, our inclusive Trans Policy reflects our broader commitment to supporting all gender identities and fostering a workplace where everyone feels they belong.


      KPMG Network of Women

      Our KPMG Network of Women (KNOW) is a cornerstone of our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) Pillar. KNOW provides a platform for women to connect, share experiences, and access development opportunities.

      Through events, mentoring, and advocacy, KNOW empowers women to grow their careers and influence change across the firm.

      Mentorship and Development

      We understand the power of mentorship in shaping careers. Over 50% of our mentor scheme participants are women, reflecting our commitment to nurturing female talent and leadership potential.

      Supporting the Next Generation

      In Jersey, we are proud to support Jersey College for Girls (JCG) through a sponsorship connection, helping to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders.

      Driving Change Across the Network

      At a KPMG Islands Group (KIG) level, our Gender Working Group is actively exploring what women need to thrive and advance in their careers. This collaborative effort ensures that our approach to gender equity is informed, inclusive, and impactful.
