Fiona Babbé is a Director based in the Guernsey audit practice of KPMG in the Crown Dependencies. She has over 15 years of experience in delivering audit and assurance services to the asset management industry. Her current client portfolio includes leading a range of funds including private equity, real estate and fund of fund structures; fund administrators and fiduciary clients; insurance clients including ILS funds, rated reinsurance entities and captives.
Fiona also leads audits for a wide range of private funds across asset classes - from CLOs to renewable energy - as well as fund administrators and insurance vehicles, including ILS funds to captives reporting under IFRS 17.
Beyond client work, Fiona heads the KPMG Board Leadership Committee in Guernsey, promoting governance excellence and boardroom effectiveness through insight-sharing and dialogue. She also serves as the Qualified Person Responsible for Training, supporting KPMG trainees as they pursue their ICAEW and ACCA professional qualifications.
