Justine is an Associate Director in our tax practice who specialises in UK private client tax advice and compliance and UK and Isle of Man tax enquiries and investigations.
Justine joined KPMG in 1997 having previously worked for one of the Big Four. She is involved in providing UK and Isle of Man tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, trustees of offshore trusts and directors of offshore companies.
In particular, Justine specialises in offshore private client tax matters including residence and domicile, offshore trusts and companies for tax–efficient planning and/or trading, managing HMRC enquiries and making voluntary disclosures to HMRC under the Worldwide Disclosure Facility. Justine also deals with employment tax issues from a UK and Isle of Man perspective.
