Neil started his career with a Big-4 firm in the Isle of Man where he spent 5 years working across Audit and Advisory. He then left practice and spent 18 years in senior roles in a number of high-growth businesses. This included a 4 year period either side of the 2008 financial crisis with one of London’s largest privately owned commercial property groups.
