Sophie is a member of the indirect tax team based in the Isle of Man and has more than 7 years’ experience working with VAT and indirect tax.

Sophie has worked for KPMG in the Crown Dependencies since March 2020. As well as managing the firms diverse VAT compliance portfolio, she provides VAT advice to clients across a range of Isle of Man and UK based industry sectors, including e-gaming, land and property and financial services.

Prior to joining KPMG, Sophie worked in industry, specialising in VAT and managing the VAT compliance of a large multi-national e-gaming business.

Sophie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT), having completed the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification via the Indirect Tax route and she is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
