      • Our goal is that everyone at KPMG feel included

We want everyone at KPMG to feel included into our community and involve our people more into discussion and decisions. We also want to increase our workforce diversity when it comes to for example education and nationality.

      • Psychological safety created by empathetic employees

We want to create a safe, empathetic atmosphere so that everyone can be themselves and people are able to raise possible concerns into discussion.

      • Equal opportunities in different career levels and business units

We want to increase personnel balance within different career stages, business units and roles. This means for example focusing on balance between genders, age groups and nationalities.
