      • Hybrid work

        At KPMG, we work with a flexible, adaptable, and collaborative hybrid model, where work is divided between the office, home, and client sites—based on the nature of the tasks, role, client engagement requirements, and personal preferences. Remote work is supported by technological tools and ergonomic aids.

      • Flexibility in working hours

        Flexibility in working hours is enabled by options such as flexible working hours, part-time work, and remote work, as well as the opportunity to take partial parental leave after returning from parental leave. We also offer childcare services for employees with sick children.

      • Preventive and work ability maintenance activities

        We focus on preventive and work ability maintenance activities by providing tools for comprehensive wellbeing, both at work and during leisure time. We organize wellness events, webinars, and campaigns throughout the year, along with smaller activities and competitions to delight employees.

        Team spirit and enjoyment are enhanced through shared events such as KPMG Day, holiday parties, summer celebrations, and team-specific recreational days. Our leisure club activities are diverse, and we offer a wide range of benefits, including sports and culture vouchers, massage discounts, and a bike benefit program.

      • Occupational health

        In addition to occupational health services, we offer comprehensive employer-provided healthcare services. We complement statutory occupational health care with health insurance and accident insurance for leisure time. We prioritize mental wellbeing and provide support for mental health through occupational health services and other partners.

      • A workplace that promotes well-being
