Frequently asked questions
We review applications during the application period and aim to contact all applicants as soon as possible after the application period ends. We reach out by phone to the most suitable candidates, inviting them for an interview. Interviews are conducted either remotely via Teams or in person.
As part of our recruitment process, we invite applicants to interviews, and after the first interview, candidates complete suitability assessments. For some positions, applicants may also be assigned a case task.
We offer students in the final stages of their studies and recent graduates the opportunity to explore our industry, the operations of our various service areas, and KPMG as an employer through our Trainee Program. Applications for the Trainee Program are open twice a year. You can learn more about the program through the link below.
At KPMG, we work with a flexible, adaptive, and collaborative hybrid model, where some work is done at the office, some at home, and some on-site with clients. This distribution is based on the requirements of each role, job description, client engagements, and personal preferences. Remote work from abroad may also be possible if certain conditions are met.
For some positions, we require fluent Finnish language skills, which will be mentioned in the job posting. The internal working language at KPMG Finland is English. We serve our clients both locally and internationally, and depending on the client and the role, proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or English may be emphasized.
Every employee participates in a structured onboarding program and, when possible, begins their first day at work with an orientation day organized for new employees. Each new KPMG team member is also assigned a peer advisor to assist with starting their role.
