Are you interested in a career at KPMG?

Creating an excellent application requires consideration of a few key factors.

We appreciate your interest in joining KPMG. To ensure you make the best possible first impression, our recruiters have put together a video offering valuable tips and insights for your application.

      Our recruitment process

      • We hear from you either through an application or another form of contact.

When applying for our open positions, carefully review the job posting. There, we highlight the most essential qualities and skills required for the specific role.

When submitting your application, always include a freely written CV and cover letter or respond to the questions provided in the application form. The preferred method will be mentioned in the job posting so you can prepare accordingly.

Additionally, the job posting includes the contact information of our experts, whom you can ask for further details about the role. It also specifies the recruitment specialist responsible for this particular recruitment process.

      • We often review applications during the application period, but we go through all applications fully after the application deadline has passed.

We aim to make decisions regarding candidates selected for the next stage as quickly as possible after the application period ends unless stated otherwise in the job posting. If necessary, we also send interim updates. We stay in contact with all applicants via phone or email.

      • You have the opportunity to get to know KPMG and for us to get to know you.

Our recruitment processes typically include several interviews to deepen the conversation about the role you are applying for and to discuss it in sufficient detail. Meetings are arranged based on the situation, either remotely or at our office, and depending on the role, they may include short tasks.

In addition, all our recruitment processes include a brief online personality assessment, the results of which will be reviewed together with our recruitment specialist. We will provide you with detailed instructions about the meetings when sending the invitation so that you can focus on preparing for the meetings calmly and without worry.

      • When we find the right match, we conclude the recruitment process.

We always inform all applicants about the conclusion of the recruitment process, and we remain in contact via phone with those we have met.

After the recruitment process ends, we collect feedback. We hope you take the time to respond, as your feedback is especially valuable for our development! Feedback is always anonymous and compiled in a way that does not reveal the identity of the respondent in the summary.

      Onboarding at KPMG

      • After accepting a job offer, you will be in regular contact with your team and HR to ensure you are prepared for your first day at work.
