To further fast-track progress, we introduced a toolkit with practical recommendations for acceleration and deployed a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to synchronise efforts across all teams involved. This approach enabled coordination across the initiative and ensured that the project was integrated with the company’s overall operations. All of these elements were compiled into a clear and actionable final plan, providing the foundation for sustained success.
