      What You Will be Working on:

      • M&A transaction structuring and support. Drafting of mortgages, option agreements, pledges, disclosure letters, joint ventures, etc;
      • Complex legal advice in pre-, post-closing restructuring projects; 
      • Team management in legal due diligence assignments and corporate procedures (business set-up and day-to-day support);
      • Legal consulting on various issues commercial law of Georgia;
      • Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships;
      • Coaching and performance management of junior staff;
      • Monitoring quality of services and advice;
      • Participation in marketing activities of the firm;

       

      What We Look For:

      • At least 6+ years of experience in Big 4 or reputable law firm; 
      • Strong academic skills in Georgian business law;
      • Proven experience in corporate/M&A, including transaction documents drafting and negotiations support;
      • Strong ability to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines;
      • Proven experience in leading teams and developing people; 
      • Fluent English, Georgian languages, knowledge of Russian is an advantage; 
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; 
      • LL.M. degree is an advantage.
