      Technology and Transformation covers several important areas that help organizations grow and adapt to the digital world. These include Data Analytics for better decision-making, and Enterprise Applications like CRM, ERP, and SAP systems that improve business processes. Cloud Computing and IT Operations & Managed Services offer flexible and reliable technology infrastructure. Cyber Security protects against digital threats, and CIO Services provide IT leadership. You may work on ERP transformation projects, handling business analysis, solution design, system configuration, and testing in areas like Financials and Supply Chain/Logistics. There are also opportunities to automate processes using RPA technologies, shape IT operating models, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage IT risks. You’ll help adopt Agile methods, improve project management, and support digital and cloud strategy by designing enterprise architecture and implementing modern service models.

      Actively support organizations improve their level of cyber security, business continuity, data privacy and operational resilience maturity and comply with demanding regulatory frameworks. Perform assessment against laws, regulations, and international standards (e.g. NIS2, DORA, ISO, GDPR). Implement security, privacy, and third-party risk management. Develop governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (policies, procedures, and methodologies), model and optimize technology processes. Participate in technology transformation and other projects related to the IT and cybersecurity operating model, cloud strategy and adoption of AI and agile methodologies. Design secure and resilient, future proof architecture for IT and OT environments. Perform threat management, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment on IT systems and applications, support organizations in handling cybersecurity incidents and data breaches and recovering their operations.

      Perform IT audit activities to assess the design and effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical specifications. Conduct or support technical assessments and participate in cyber incident response evaluations to determine control weaknesses and recommend remediation. Analyze system and network data to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs), indicators of attack (IOAs), and potential threat actors impacting the organization. Execute IT audit engagements, both internal and external, by obtaining, evaluating, and documenting audit evidence related to IT infrastructure, applications, and processes. Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and security configurations. Contribute to assurance and attestation services, including System and Organization Controls (SOC 1, SOC 2) audits, by evaluating the completeness, accuracy and reliability of control implementation and operation.

      Contribute to the development and validation of financial risk models, including those leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques. Support the implementation of regulatory frameworks and the development of risk analytics tools, financial derivatives pricing models, and regulatory capital calculations under Basel II/III/IV standards. Assist in the formulation and review of risk policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure effective risk identification, measurement, and management. Engage in the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk factors into banking risk management strategies. Address a broad spectrum of financial risk types, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Liquidity Risk, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

      Engage in high-impact consulting projects aimed at enhancing clients’ competitive positioning and long-term profitability through innovative, value-driven strategies. Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities, the design of market entry and operational strategies, and the optimization of business processes to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. Support the identification of key cost drivers and automation opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce the cost of doing business, and drive margin improvement. Assist in business process modeling and the implementation of strategic initiatives that foster sustainable growth, operational resilience, and market differentiation.

      Participate in strategic projects within the public sector aimed at enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of public institutions. Contribute to the evaluation of new policy or program initiatives, the design of implementation and operating models, and the development of strategies for public service transformation. Support the identification of cost optimization opportunities and process improvements to reduce administrative burden and improve the use of public resources. Assist in the identification of automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline public sector operations. Conduct process modeling and performance assessments to support evidence-based decision-making and strengthen accountability, transparency, and citizen outcomes.

      Contribute to impactful sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects within the Energy Consulting space, helping clients navigate complex challenges and drive strategic transformation. Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies, conduct materiality assessments, engage key stakeholders, and document ESG-related processes. Assist in the design of ESG reporting frameworks aligned with global standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB. Gain hands-on experience in Energy Industry Consulting by working on high-impact initiatives shaped by decarbonization, digitalization, regulatory change, and large-scale transformations. Help energy companies, across power, utilities, oil & gas, and renewables, translate bold sustainability ambitions into practical, equitable, and profitable business strategies, accelerating their transition to a low-carbon, future-ready economy.

      Contribute to end-to-end People Services and Human Capital projects, including executive search, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives. Support the design and implementation of performance management systems, compensation and rewards frameworks, and employee value propositions aligned with business goals. Leverage digital HR platforms and tools to enhance service delivery, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making through advanced HR analytics. Participate in the development and execution of assessment and development centers to evaluate capabilities and support leadership and career progression. Collaborate on the creation of innovative, technology-enabled learning and development programs tailored to evolving workforce needs. Drive the digitization of HR services and processes, supporting organizations in their transformation toward agile, people-centric operating models.

      Participate in consulting projects aimed at enhancing clients’ resilience and long-term viability. Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and management of business risks through appropriate controls and mitigation strategies. Assist in the design and implementation of strong corporate governance and compliance systems that promote trust for shareholders, investors, and regulators. Engage in internal audit projects reviewing the adequacy of design and operating effectiveness of policies, procedures and other controls to provide assurance to the Board of Directors about the organization’s sound modus operandi.

      KPMG's Deal Advisory practice offers a comprehensive range of services and expertise to support international and local clients in various aspects of planning and execution of their business deals. The respective deals relate to sell-side, buy side, joint ventures and funding engagements and our Deal Advisory team covers their whole lifecycle. Our Transaction Services team provides financial due diligence services to help clients identify risk and value creation opportunities in the context of an acquisition or disposal. With our Mergers & Acquisitions team, we guide clients through the intricacies of deal strategy, structuring, and execution. Our Valuation team provides support in terms of valuation of corporations and assets. Our Real Estate specialists provide strategic insights and support for real estate development and valuation. Lastly, our Infrastructure team provides end to end financial advisory services to state owned entities, investors, and lenders in the context of designing, execution, and financial closing of complex infrastructure projects.

      Candidate Profile

      Requirements

      • A Bachelor in various fields, such as Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Law or relative subjects.
      • A Master of numerical or analytical orientation (for example Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business) or Legal would be considered an asset.
      • No more than three years of professional working experience. Internships within leading multinational firms would be highly appreciated.
      • Certificate of Proficiency or proven knowledge of the English language is a must.
      • Competent user of MS Office.
