He has 23 years of professional experience dealing with numerous Merger and Acquisitions projects and a variety of projects in the area of Tax Compliance, Tax Reporting and Tax Advisory services pertaining to direct and indirect taxation as well as local and cross-border transactions.

      A significant part of his experience derives from Tax Compliance and General Tax Advice projects as well as Tax Due Diligence projects during the process of numerous Acquisitions and Reorganizations/Mergers in various sectors such as Market, Telecommunication, Energy, Financial Services, Travel/Leisure as well as Consumer and Industrial.
