Georgia is a Director in KPMG Greece, in the People Services Advice Unit. Throughout her years of experience as an advisor, Georgia focuses on supporting companies in developing their HR strategic framework, in continuously improving their employee performance, the achievement of their goals and alignment with the company’s strategy. She specializes in projects concerning HR strategy, workforce planning, design of corporate culture that reflects the values and contemporary ways of working, as well as management of change during transformations. She is responsible for enhancing «employee experience» through the development of modern employee performance and reward management systems, as well as through the design of integrated HR management framework (Powered Enterprise HR) supported by digital HR Solutions.
