With a legal background and extensive experience in accounting and finance she has provided advise in a wide range of tax areas, most notably business tax advisory, international tax law, compliance and audit support, due diligence, M&A.
Has specialist knowledge within FSI, Real Estate Hospitality & Construction -including Concessions and Consumer Industry. She had led complex cross-border projects for large multinationals. She has also been involved with the implementation and practical execution of EU Directives on the introduction of reporting obligations on businesses for the exchange of information such as CRS and MDR as well as in the structure of non-profit organizations such as trusts and foundations.
