Zagreb, October 8, 2025 – As of October 1, 2025, Katarina Šimunović has been appointed Partner and Member of the Management Board at KPMG Croatia. In her new role, Šimunović will continue working within the audit practice and will be responsible for non-financial clients across the Adria region.
Since joining KPMG Croatia in 2008, Šimunović has consistently contributed to the development of the audit practice and the overall growth of the firm. She has participated in numerous audit engagements, with a focus on industrial manufacturing, retail and distribution, the service sector, and construction, as well as in various business and accounting advisory projects.

In addition to her extensive professional experience and expertise in audit, Šimunović has shown strong commitment to mentoring and career development of younger colleagues, making a valuable contribution to the growth of the professional team. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and holds the internationally recognized qualification of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the United Kingdom.
