Zeevi joined the firm in 2007 and later served for four years as a Partner and Director at Fahn Kanne. He has extensive experience in audit engagements of some of the most complex public and private companies, as well as in economic analysis, valuations, mergers, demergers, and other restructuring processes. In addition, he has supported private companies through IPO processes and their transition into public companies, both for debt fundraising and equity offerings.
The team led by Zeevi specializes in preparing private companies for IPOs and capital raising, assisting them in an optimal transition while emphasizing the strengthening of internal controls and financial reporting.
He previously served as part of the academic staff in finance courses at Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC).
