Saurabh brings nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. His significant capital markets experiences include leading cross functional teams for IPO pre-readiness, dealing with complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to financial information being presented in offer documents and engaging with client advisors for the IPO. Saurabh works closely with the Capital Markets Group of the firm and has engaged with clients preparing for their IPO journey.
He is an expert in technical accounting matters and has led several advisory engagements in India and overseas. Saurabh has experience in serving clients across sectors and industries including pharmaceuticals, TMT, renewable energy, FMCG and manufacturing. Technical advisory projects have included M&A transactions, finance function integration, GAAP conversions etc.
