Nitin is a Partner with Digital Trust and Cyber services, KPMG in India and heads the Cyber Security, Resilience and Privacy Strategy & Governance practice. Nitin has more than 20 years of experience in IT and cyber advisory assignments, advising clients across IT strategy, sourcing, cyber strategy and transformation, cyber risk quantification, managed services and compliance to emerging security, resilience and privacy compliance obligations across sectors and geographies. His experience is across a wide range of clients and industries, including telecom, technology, financial services, healthcare and industrial markets. Nitin has also worked across geographies including Middle East, South Africa, Africa, Republic of Singapore, and Indonesia advising clients across the large telecom and technology organisations.
His other experience includes:
- IT sourcing and strategy: Extensive experience in advising organisations design and negotiate right souring strategy and governance for key IT and security services
- Cyber security strategy and quantification: Led engagement to advice organisation to design and implement the cyber security strategy against the evolving threat and risk landscape and also help them quantify the risk exposure
- Data privacy and governance: Established the data privacy practice and advice organisation is establishing a data privacy and governance function to comply with global privacy regulations and build customer trust
- Managed cyber services: Led the managed cyber security practice and managed multiple engagement with clients across telecom, insurance and eCommerce sector to manage and transform the cyber security operations
- Cyber resilience: Including development of cyber crisis communication, disaster recovery and business continuity plans for multiple organisations.
