New Delhi, India - August 11 2026 – KPMG in India and Zoho today announced a strategic alliance aimed at supporting enterprises across India as they progress in their digital transformation journeys. The alliance brings together KPMG in India’s consulting and advisory capabilities with Zoho’s 60+ cloud-based business technology applications, with an intent to provide a connected approach to addressing evolving business and technology needs.
The alliance will look to cater to the growing demand for digital transformation across organisations, particularly mid-market and large enterprises, and the increasing need for AI-driven, integrated, scalable, and privacy-first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. It reflects a shared intent to support enterprises in aligning technology adoption with priorities such as agility, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
KPMG in India and Zoho plan to collaborate across multiple stages of the transformation lifecycle, spanning advisory and strategy, implementation, and ongoing managed services support. The alliance is designed to provide a coordinated approach to addressing transformation requirements of enterprises that are looking to modernise operations with a focus on governance, scalability, and sustainable value realisation.
The collaboration will look to adopt a multi-model structure spanning alliance, managed services, and reseller models, thereby providing flexibility in how the firms engage with clients and deliver solutions.
