Sandeep joined KPMG in 2010. He has over 13 years of professional experience in offering strategic tax planning and tax advisory services, tax dispute resolution and in assisting clients with general tax compliance. He champions the KPMG East Africa tax technology initiative which leverages technology to ease the compliance burden for clients. Sandeep also leads the KPMG Private Enterprise workstream which focusses on providing business solutions to MSME’s and family businesses.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Oxfords Brookes University. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) where he chairs the Advisory Board and leads the Public Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) where he is part of the training faculty. Sandeep was recently appointed as a member of the Tax Appeals Tribunal User Committee.
