      Smita has over 19 years of experience and is a Partner in the International Development Advisory Services practice where she has specific responsibility for leading client service teams. Not only has she spearheaded the performance improvement of the practice’s own grant and fund management, she has also provided leadership and quality assurance of fund management to some of the large programmes that IDAS manage. Smita holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Economics) from London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
