James joined KPMG Australia in 2007 and KPMG East Africa practice in 2014. He has extensive experience working in infrastructure, financial services and energy sectors in Australia, the United Kingdom and in Africa. James heads KPMG’s Africa Transport and Infrastructure unit where he works with other KPMG Africa member firms leading in the delivery of projects across the continent. In East Africa, James’ clients include public sector, project developers, financiers and development partners with experience across housing, power generation, oil and gas, water, waste, transportation, special economic zones, and urban regeneration.
James is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Australian Catholic University. He is an East Africa branch council member of the International Project Finance Association.
