As your Engagement Partner, Auvarin will help ensure our service delivery is seamless and that our team meets your expectations. He will work closely with the Engagement Manager, to plan the audit strategy, execute the plan, review financial statements and report to your management. He will oversee all aspects of the engagement including planning the audit, completing the engagement within the agreed timelines, reviewing the financial statements and reporting our findings. In charge of overall quality control, he will also take the lead in defining the team’s conclusions and serve as KPMG’s main point of contact with the Company’s management.
Auvarin is responsible for the audit of a wide range of companies in Cambodia and Vietnam, which operate in different industries in the consumer products processing, trading and retail of consumer goods, industrial markets, manufacturing, agriculture, and food and drink sectors.
In addition to his Engagement Partner responsibilities, Auvarin serves as KPMG Cambodia’s Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). As COO, Auvarin is tasked with providing leadership and support to our Shared Services team in Phnom Penh, ensuring the same consistent level of service and operational excellence, ensuring the consistency of policies and their application across our markets. Auvarin is tasked with designing and implementing policies to promote KPMG’s culture and vision and oversee operations to keep KPMG’s business on track.
