      Seyla is an Associate Director in the Corporate Services practice with 18 years of experience advising local and international clients across a wide range of industries in Cambodia. Her areas of focus include customs and international trade, regulatory compliance, market entry, business establishment and structuring, investment regulations, corporate governance, and corporate advisory services.

      Seyla has extensive experience assisting businesses with customs compliance, import and export procedures, customs valuation, rules of origin, customs audits, and trade-related regulatory matters. She also supports foreign investors in navigating Cambodia’s regulatory landscape and advises on customs incentives and compliance requirements for Qualified Investment Projects (QIPs).

      Her recent experience includes customs due diligence reviews, post-clearance audit support, market-entry projects, and cross-border engagements in collaboration with KPMG member firms across multiple jurisdictions. She regularly delivers seminars, webinars, and workshops on customs, trade, and regulatory developments for KPMG Cambodia, KPMG member firms, business associations, and chambers of commerce.

      Seyla holds bachelor's degrees in Law, Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), and English Literature, as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance. She also completed the Comprehensive Customs Broker Course conducted by the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, strengthening her technical knowledge of customs procedures and compliance requirements.

      Throughout her career, Sreypov has developed extensive expertise in Cambodia’s regulatory and legal landscape, successfully assisting both local and international clients in navigating complex compliance requirements. Her thorough understanding of customs regulations, business laws, and administrative procedures enables organizations to effectively manage regulatory risks and maintain compliance with confidence.

      Sreypov has advised clients on a wide range of customs matters, including tariff classification, customs duty rates, import and export procedures, customs incentives, and duty exemptions. She has also supported businesses across multiple sectors in preparing for and managing customs audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Her practical approach, technical knowledge, and attention to detail have established her as a trusted advisor in the field.
