KPMG’s Integrated International Tax (IIT) practice is the largest and only one of that type in Vietnam to provide integrated tax solutions addressing transfer pricing, international tax and trade & customs matters for multinational and Vietnamese corporations in response to the global and local international tax and transfer pricing reforms and increasing needs for value chain tax advisory.
KPMG’s Integrated International Tax is also the only practice in Vietnam that has worked collaboratively with the Vietnamese General Department of Taxation (GDT) on capacity building initiatives which included developing the current APA programme and bringing the application of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s initiatives on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) to Vietnam.
The practice is led by Hoang Thuy Duong (Partner in charge/National Leader) in Hanoi and Nhan Huynh (Partner, Integrated International Tax Services) in Ho Chi Minh City, and comprises more than 75 full time professional transfer pricing and tax advisory employees representing six different nationalities.
