Dr. Rasheed Al-Qenae serves as the Chairman of the KPMG CASA Cluster, and the Managing Partner of KPMG in Kuwait. In his role as Chairman, he represents the CASA Cluster on the KPMG Global Council and the KPMG Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMA) Board, contributing to strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
Dr. Rasheed has been the Managing Partner of KPMG in Kuwait since 2010, leading the firm through significant growth and transformation. Under his leadership, KPMG Kuwait has strengthened its position as a trusted advisor to both public and private sector organizations, and civil society institutions, delivering innovative solutions across audit, tax, and advisory services.
Before the formation of the CASA Cluster, Dr. Rasheed held several senior leadership roles within the former MESAC region. He was appointed MESAC Chairman in 2023, following his earlier roles as a Board Member (2018) and as Chairman of the MESAC Tax Steering Group and Head of Tax (2017). In these positions, he drove regional tax strategy, enhanced cross-border collaboration, and launched leadership programs to develop future partners and senior leaders.
