Jack is the Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG in the Cayman Islands, specializing in corporate finance and transaction services, with a broader focus on management consulting and other advisory services. He also leads Infrastructure Advisory for the KPMG Islands Group, which includes the evaluation and structuring of infrastructure projects across the Caribbean. His experience spans investment appraisal, business case development, commercial structuring, financial modelling and transaction execution.
