Jennifer Pye

Jennifer is the Senior Counsel and Head of Knowledge Management at KPMG Law in the Cayman Islands, which is part of the KPMG Islands Group covering the Caribbean and the Channel Islands. Jennifer provides Cayman Islands legal advice, specialising in Corporate and Regulatory law. Jennifer also leads Knowledge Management and Corporate Client Services at KPMG Corporate Services, which provides entity formation, registered office and related company management services to companies and partnerships established in the Cayman Islands.

Jennifer was admitted to practice over 20 years ago and began her career at Clayton Utz in Australia, advising clients in Corporate Governance and Mergers & Acquisitions. She worked at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP in London and has worked in Corporate, Regulatory, Private Equity and Commercial Law at law firms internationally.

Jennifer has lived in the Cayman Islands since 2007 and has also advised a number of local and international companies as General Counsel, Environmental Social Governance (“ESG”) Analyst and Legal Knowledge Engineer.
