      Viktoriya is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Audit practice with over nine years of experience in IT audit, technology risk management, and the assessment of IT environments. She helps organizations strengthen their IT control frameworks, enhance transparency of technology processes, and mitigate risks related to the use of information systems.

      Viktoriya regularly supports financial statement audits and independent IT control assessments for leading banks, telecommunications companies, and industrial organizations across Caucasus and Central Asia . She has extensive experience evaluating IT General Controls (ITGC), reviewing system architecture and IT infrastructure, assessing access management and change management processes, and testing automated controls that impact financial reporting.

      In addition to IT audit engagements, Viktoriya advises clients on improving IT governance practices, developing IT strategies, and increasing the maturity of technology risk management frameworks in line with international standards.

      Her key project experience includes performing comprehensive IT audits for major financial institutions, designing and implementing IT control frameworks in accordance with the Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX), conducting IT maturity assessments based on COBIT, and supporting digital transformation initiatives through the design of target IT architectures.

      Viktoriya works closely with senior management to help organizations make informed decisions regarding technology risk management and the reliability of their IT environments.
