      Arman brings over 20 years of experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has deep expertise in auditing special purpose financial statements, including those prepared under USALI standards.

      Arman is a recognized leader in the agribusiness sector in Kazakhstan, with extensive experience advising large agricultural holdings, including public and listed companies. He also specializes in the audit of construction and oil and gas enterprises, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific complexities, sophisticated contractual structures, and regulatory requirements.

      In his role as Regional Quality Leader for KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia, Arman is responsible for maintaining and advancing high standards of audit quality, as well as providing methodological and technical support to audit teams across the region.

      Arman is qualified to audit companies adopting IFRS for the first time and provides expert guidance to clients throughout all stages of their transition to international financial reporting standards.
