Inna has been with KPMG since 2001, providing tax advisory and tax compliance services to international and domestic clients. Inna has extensive experience in taxation in Kazakhstan, including taxation in oil and gas, financial services, private equity, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals and consumer markets.
Areas of specialization include corporate taxation, cross-border taxation and international transaction structuring, group reorganizations and tax planning. Inna’s experience includes conducting tax diagnostics and reviews, assisting with tax compliance, conducting due-diligence, structuring cross-border investments.
For the last seven years, she has been leading the financial services specialization within the tax practice of KPMG Kazakhstan, providing advice on operations with securities and derivatives, financial lease transactions, restructuring of financial obligations, provision of financing and financial guarantees, Islamic financing, issuance of new banking and insurance products.
Inna has been a speaker at many taxation-related seminars and has published articles on taxation in business publications. Inna has conducted numerous trainings on taxation and lectures on tax-related issues in Kazakhstan universities.
Inna was named a Leading Practitioner in the fields of Tax and Customs according to the Legal 500 2025 ranking directory.
