• Conducted a diagnostic review of the current state of the supply function, providing recommendations and developing a roadmap to improve efficiency for a large telecommunications company in Kazakhstan
• Improvement of regulatory and reference information for a large oil and gas company in Uzbekistan. Performed: analysis of the current state of directories and data quality, developed a classifier of commodities, developed regulatory and methodological documentation, developed templates for description of data records of commodities, normalization of records of the commodities directory was carried out
• Automation of process indicators of the company's activities in the area of procurement and inventory for a large operator of main power grids in Kazakhstan
• Analysis of current business processes, formation of proposals for optimization and automation of business processes, and development of a plan for optimization and automation of business processes for one of the largest mining companies in Uzbekistan
